Role : Sales Trainer - Luxury Products & HNI Segment

Department: Sales / Retail Training

Location: Mumbai (Travel Pan India as required )

Reporting To: Director of Sales/Revenue/Partnership

We are building a stellar team across multiple categories such as hardware, bath fittings, facades, paints, windows.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to develop and lead training programs that equip our sales teams with the skills, confidence, and finesse to engage high-net-worth clients and deliver a truly

elevated brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver training programs focused on luxury sales, client experience, and brand storytelling for premium product categories.
  2. Create modular training content for new hires, experienced sales professionals, and channel partners.
  3. Conduct sessions on consultative selling, negotiation, grooming, communication, and emotional intelligence to enhance HNI engagement.
  4. Ensure the sales team can articulate design aesthetics, craftsmanship, and material innovation with conviction and elegance.
  5. Conduct on-floor and experiential training, including mock client interactions, live demos, and client presentation simulations.
  6. Design personalized development plans for slow performers.
  7. Train on how to use marketing collaterals (catalogues, lookbooks, material kits).
  8. Train teams on grooming, body language, showroom etiquette, and luxury client hospitality.

  9. Create engaging scripts for leads from different platforms- walk-in, social media etc..

  10. Key Skills & Competencies

  11. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  12. Deep understanding of luxury retail behavior and HNI buying psychology.
  13. Exposure to interior design, architecture, or home dcor segments preferred.
  14. Ability to balance creativity with commercial impact in training design.
  15. High emotional intelligence, empathy, and people development mindset.
  16. Qualifications & Experience
  17. Experience in luxury interiors, lifestyle brands, premium home decor, or real estate preferred
  18. Certification in Training / Coaching will be an advantage.
  19. Polished, articulate, and well-presented.
  20. 5-8 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or luxury retail.
  21. Passionate about design, aesthetics, and client experience.
  22. Previous experience in Zoho CRM, would be an add on.
