Role : Sales Trainer - Luxury Products & HNI Segment
Department: Sales / Retail Training
Location: Mumbai (Travel Pan India as required )
Reporting To: Director of Sales/Revenue/Partnership

We are building a stellar team across multiple categories such as hardware, bath fittings, facades, paints, windows.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Trainer to develop and lead training programs that equip our sales teams with the skills, confidence, and finesse to engage high-net-worth clients and deliver a truly
elevated brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on luxury sales, client experience, and brand storytelling for premium product categories.
- Create modular training content for new hires, experienced sales professionals, and channel partners.
- Conduct sessions on consultative selling, negotiation, grooming, communication, and emotional intelligence to enhance HNI engagement.
- Ensure the sales team can articulate design aesthetics, craftsmanship, and material innovation with conviction and elegance.
- Conduct on-floor and experiential training, including mock client interactions, live demos, and client presentation simulations.
- Design personalized development plans for slow performers.
- Train on how to use marketing collaterals (catalogues, lookbooks, material kits).
- Train teams on grooming, body language, showroom etiquette, and luxury client hospitality.
Create engaging scripts for leads from different platforms- walk-in, social media etc..
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail behavior and HNI buying psychology.
- Exposure to interior design, architecture, or home dcor segments preferred.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial impact in training design.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and people development mindset.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in luxury interiors, lifestyle brands, premium home decor, or real estate preferred
- Certification in Training / Coaching will be an advantage.
- Polished, articulate, and well-presented.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or luxury retail.
- Passionate about design, aesthetics, and client experience.
- Previous experience in Zoho CRM, would be an add on.
