About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Automobile Sales Trainer who is fluent in Spanish to conduct online product training for learners across global markets. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions focused on automotive products and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver online product training sessions in Spanish for automobile sales teams.
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Train participants on sales techniques, customer handling, and dealership processes.
- Customize training content based on audience needs and product updates.
- Assess participant performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain training records and ensure timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automobile Sales Trainer or similar role in the automotive sector.
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of automobile products, sales processes, and customer engagement.
- Experience in conducting virtual/online training sessions.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse learners.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in training, sales, or automotive programs.
- Experience working with international or Spanish-speaking markets.
Availability:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Flexible to conduct sessions as per training schedules.
