Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an energetic and experienced Sales Trainer for our Domestic Sales Process. The candidate should have experience in conducting NHT batches, developing training modules, and improving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct NHT (New Hire Training) sessions for fresh joiners and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Deliver sales and communication training for new and existing team members
  • Develop training content, modules, and scripts tailored for domestic sales
  • Assess trainees through evaluations and provide performance feedback
  • Identify training gaps and conduct refresher sessions accordingly
  • Maintain detailed reports and training MIS

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and call handling
  • Ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Proficiency in MS Office
