**Job Title**: Sales Process Trainer - BPO

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Learning & Development Manager
**Job Overview**: The Sales Process Trainer in a BPO setting is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of sales teams. This role focuses on ensuring that agents follow standardized sales processes, effectively use CRM tools, and provide excellent customer service in alignment with client expectations. The trainer plays a key role in onboarding new sales staff, improving the performance of existing agents, and supporting client-specific requirements and sales objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Development & Delivery**:
- Design and develop training materials that cover the sales process, customer service standards, upselling, cross-selling, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing sales agents, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
- Provide ongoing refresher training to enhance the skills of agents and ensure they follow the correct sales process.
- **Sales Process Implementation**:
- Teach and reinforce the **standardized sales process** aligned with the client’s business model and industry best practices.
- Ensure all agents understand and implement the company's sales methodologies (e.g., inbound, outbound, B2B, B2C, etc.).
- Guide sales agents in using tools such as **CRM systems** and ensure proper handling of leads and customer interactions.
- **Performance Monitoring & Feedback**:
- Track the effectiveness of training through performance assessments, sales KPIs, and agent feedback.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, role-plays, and live call evaluations to measure agent proficiency in the sales process.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents and sales managers to help improve sales outcomes.
- **Coaching & Mentoring**:
- Offer personalized coaching and mentoring to agents to enhance individual sales skills and encourage adherence to best practices.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to address performance gaps, provide support for handling challenging customer interactions, and set improvement goals.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Analyze sales data and agent performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to implement new techniques, tools, or processes that can improve team performance and sales conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and BPO best practices to continuously enhance the training program.
- **Client-Specific Training**:
- Work closely with clients to understand their sales goals, requirements, and expectations.
- Customize sales process training based on client needs, ensuring agents can effectively represent the client's brand and achieve sales targets.
- Adjust training methodologies to align with different client profiles, such as high-volume sales, customer retention, or niche products.
- **Collaboration with Sales and HR Teams**:
- Partner with Sales Managers, Operations Managers, and HR to address specific training needs, onboard new agents, and implement performance improvement plans.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a **Sales Trainer**, **Sales Coach**, or **Sales Manager** in a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of **BPO sales processes**, including inbound/outbound sales, customer retention, and client-specific sales strategies.
- Experience in training agents on **sales techniques**, **lead qualification**, **closing methods**, and **customer service excellence**.
- Exceptional **communication** and **presentation skills** with the ability to adapt training for different learning styles.
- Ability to assess agent performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Strong coaching and **mentoring skills** to foster continuous development.
- Ability to **identify performance gaps** and design training interventions that address specific sales needs.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **BPO experience**, particularly in sales training for **call centers**.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
