**Job Title: BPO Trainer (Female)**

**Training Programs**: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for BPO employees, with a specific focus on television-related processes.

**Onboarding**: Design and execute onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

**Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

**Content Development**: Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

**Performance Evaluation**: Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve optimal results.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the management team to identify training needs and address performance gaps.

**Stay Updated**: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum 2 Years Experience**: Proven experience as a BPO Trainer, specifically in TV-related processes.

**Strong Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with trainees and colleagues.

**Teaching Abilities**: Demonstrated proficiency in delivering engaging and effective training sessions.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Immediate Joiner**: Ability to start immediately.
