We are urgently hiring for BPO PROCESS TRAINER at Noida location.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.

Conduct appropriate training sessions.

Plan, design and implement an effective training curriculum.

Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.

Train and guide new employees.

**Requirements**:
MUST have a Bachelors Degree. Undergraduates would not be considered.

MUST have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a BPO Process Trainer Position

CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN ROTATIONAL NIGHT SHIFTS

**Salary**: Upto 32k

**Salary**: ₹8,282.37 - ₹32,395.10 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
