- Minimum 1 year experience as a Trainer
- Demonstrated facilitation and/or presentation skills with both in-person and remote learning environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team environment
Expert knowledge of training and learning methodologies
- Ability to change direction quickly while remaining focused and productive
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Complete all record keeping requirements of the position accurately and on time.
- Plan, prepare and deliver courses /training according to the training package or accredited process
- Provide flexible learning
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of all training classes and training material

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
