**Job Title**: BPO Trainer (Female)

**Salary Range**: 18,000 - 35,000 (Negotiable)

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for new employees in the BPO industry, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of trainees.
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees, helping them improve their performance and productivity.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to address specific areas of improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in BPO training.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, offering constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and design appropriate learning materials.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for trainees.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a TV BPO trainer.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and connect with trainees.
- Proven ability to develop onboarding programs that are engaging and informative.
- Strong teaching abilities to convey complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
