The Hairstylist Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, creating and delivering hairstyling techniques, ensuring trainees understand best practices in hair care and cosmetology, and staying updated on industry trends. The role also includes mentoring staff, monitoring their progress, and maintaining high service standards in hairstyling and client interactions. Collaboration with the salon team to enhance skills and customer satisfaction is vital.Qualifications- Proficiency in Hair Styling and Hair Care techniques - Certifications or experience in Cosmetology practices and methods - Strong Customer Service and Communication skills - Ability to mentor and train others effectively - Familiarity with latest trends and innovations in hairstyling and cosmetology - Previous experience as a Hairstylist or Trainer is preferred - Certification in hairstyling and/or cosmetology will be an added advantage
