Technical Support Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Noida (candidates from anywhere in India can apply)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Technical Support (Voice Process preferred)

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma (with relevant technical experience)

Shift: Rotational (24x7 support)

Job Summary

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for our international voice-based process in Noida. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting network-related issues, and ensuring effective resolution with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide voice-based technical support to international customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, modems, routers, and network connectivity.
  • Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate complex/unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM systems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support (Voice Process preferred).
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting knowledge in:
  • LAN / WAN
  • Wireless networks
  • Cables / Modems / Routers
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism.
