Job Title: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process
Location: Noida
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US).
- Resolve customer queries in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while updating customer information in the system.
- Follow all process guidelines and ensure quality service on every call.
Meet defined performance metrics such as:
AHT (Average Handling Time)
- FCR (First Call Resolution)
- CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score)
- Attendance & Schedule Adherence
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in an International BPO Voice Process is mandatory.
- Comfortable with US shifts (night shifts).
- Open to working from Noida location.
- Good communication skills (spoken English).
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
