Job Title: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process

Location: Noida

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US).
  • Resolve customer queries in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while updating customer information in the system.
  • Follow all process guidelines and ensure quality service on every call.

  • Meet defined performance metrics such as:

  • AHT (Average Handling Time)

  • FCR (First Call Resolution)
  • CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score)
  • Attendance & Schedule Adherence

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in an International BPO Voice Process is mandatory.
  • Comfortable with US shifts (night shifts).
  • Open to working from Noida location.
  • Good communication skills (spoken English).
  • Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
