Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join the TalesByDora team. Daily tasks include drafting and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and assisting in onboarding new employees. The recruiter will also play a key role in maintaining a positive candidate experience and contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of recruitment practices, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interactions and collaboration with hiring managers
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
  • Passion for the travel industry and understanding of company culture is an advantage
