Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the company's human resources operations and strategy. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and the development of HR policies. The role will also involve training and development initiatives, ensuring effective communication and fostering a positive workplace culture.
