Job Title: Sales Recruiter

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in sales or related roles

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Recruiter to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding. The Sales Recruiter will work closely with sales managers to identify talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive the companys sales hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various sales roles (from sourcing to onboarding)
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit for sales roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Negotiate offers and manage the pre-joining process
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future sales requirements
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and generate timely reports
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring process
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business, or related field)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter (experience with sales or business development profiles is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, social media sourcing & networking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, results-oriented, proactive, and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for target-driven sales/BD/field roles
  • Understanding of the Lucknow/UP talent market
