Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator, located in Lucknow.The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing HR functions including benefits administration, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**Roles: HR-Coordinator (UP-East)

Responsibilities :**

  • Recruitment & Onboarding TPA.
  • Timely closure of open vacancies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews with HR and Business).
  • Handle Joining/Exit /Resigned/ Absconding formalities and coordination with IT team for 3PA Activation of new joiner or resolving the issue facing in the application.
  • Coordination with Accounts department for the TPA Claim pendency or Corrections.
  • Weekly report data updates on daily basis.
  • Update on a daily basis Off Roll Master Data.
  • All the TPA work , which is being handled by me for UP-East LOCATION.

Employee Engagement :
Organizing employee engagement activities, and Birthday and Festival celebrations in the Location.

Qualifications:

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration and HR Policies
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and work under pressure as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree/Post graduate
  • 1 or 2 year Experience in same company will add advantage.

**Salary & Benefits:

CTC: 3.5 LPA (depends upon your interview)
