Role Overview – MIS & HR Officer

We're looking for a
tech-driven, people-focused professional
to manage both
Management Information Systems (MIS)
and
Human Resources (HR)
functions at our Dubai office.

This is a unique opportunity to combine analytics, systems management, and HR operations in a single high-impact role.


Key Responsibilities

MIS / IT Operations

  • Manage and enhance company
    ERP/CRM systems
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
    for leadership reporting
  • Oversee
    data integrity, IT security, and infrastructure
  • Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance and upgrades


Human Resources

  • Handle
    recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
  • Administer WPS payroll, visas, leave
    , and
    EOSB
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
    and internal policies
  • Develop
    HR policies
    ,
    job descriptions
    , and
    performance frameworks
  • Foster a positive and collaborative
    work culture


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in
    IT, MIS, HR, or Business Administration
  • 1–3 years
    MIS experience +
    1+ year
    HR operations experience (preferably UAE)
  • Strong command of
    English
    (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, SQL, ERP systems, and Power BI
  • Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa procedures
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
