Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in conflict Resolution and employee mediation.
