- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.

- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
