Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lucknow. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing policies, and overseeing performance management. Daily tasks will include conducting interviews, maintaining employee records, designing training programs, and managing compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies
  • Competence in performance management and designing training programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
