Position Overview:

The HR Officer – End to End Recruitment & Bulk Hiring will be responsible for managing

the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to final

onboarding. The role primarily focuses on bulk hiring and volume recruitment for various

departments across the organization, ensuring that the hiring process is effective, timely,

and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


• Minimum of 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment.


• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, social media, and candidate sourcing techniques.


• Experience in managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools (ATS, HRIS).


• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
