Key Responsibilities: - Define campaign goals, target audiences, and content plans for email marketing strategies. - Create engaging email content with compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action. - Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, or other factors. - Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and bounce rates to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM. - Maintain subscriber databases by keeping email lists accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications Required: - Excellent written communication skills to craft clear, concise, and persuasive email copy. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying trends to optimize campaigns. - Proficiency in email marketing tools and familiarity with various email platforms and automation software. - Creative thinking for developing engaging email content and design. - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in email content, targeting, and scheduling. - Understanding of marketing principles such as segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. - Project management skills for managing multiple email campaigns simultaneously and meeting deadlines. - Effective collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders.
