Core Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Admissions Promotion
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to enhance HKBK's visibility, reputation, and student admissions.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media to achieve admission targets.
- Develop lead-generation strategies through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with admission teams to track conversion metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Drive admission roadshows, education fairs, and school/college outreach programs across regions.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns highlighting academic excellence, placements, and student success stories.
Branding & Corporate Communications
- Build a strong institutional brand identity through consistent messaging, storytelling, and design language.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, brochures, videos, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with media agencies, photographers, designers, and vendors to deliver professional marketing outputs.
- Ensure consistent representation of HKBK's values, culture, and vision across all communications.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage all official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) with engaging and relevant content.
- Plan and execute performance-based digital ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Track analytics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of online campaigns and continuously optimize performance.
- Enhance website content, design, and SEO for improved digital visibility and user experience.
Public Relations & External Engagement
- Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with institutional goals and brand positioning.
- Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, education consultants, and event partners.
- Draft impactful press releases, success stories, and media communications.
- Represent HKBK at education fairs, corporate forums, and public events to strengthen brand presence.
Collaboration for Placements & Institutional Growth
- Work closely with the Training & Placement Cell to promote HKBK's placement achievements and corporate collaborations.
- Showcase placement highlights, alumni success, and industry tie-ups across marketing campaigns.
- Support institution-wide initiatives including conferences, seminars, and brand partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional marketing or branding leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, admissions campaigns, branding, PR, and lead generation.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills with an ability to represent the institution professionally.
- Hands-on experience in education marketing (preferably MBA, Engineering, or professional colleges).
- Ability to travel extensively for marketing campaigns, school visits, and promotional events.
- Flexible, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing vendor partnerships, media buying, and creative campaigns.
