Marketing Head – Digital & Offline (Elevate 365 Program

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ years | Full-time

Salary : 4 LPA - 7 LPA

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Head to lead both digital and offline marketing for our flagship Elevate 365 Program. The role involves building visibility among students through strong online presence, influencer collaborations, and on-ground college outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns – social media, ads, email, SEO/SEM.

Manage offline marketing activities – college visits, events, and local campaigns.

Collaborate with influencers and content creators, negotiate partnerships, and monitor results.

Coordinate with graphic design, content, and digital teams to get campaigns executed.

Track ROI, analyze performance, and report campaign outcomes.

Build and manage a small internal marketing team or external agency partners.

Requirements

5+ years of marketing experience (education or edtech preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendors efficiently.
