Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic Event Sales Head to lead our sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role demands a proven sales leader with the ability to scale business opportunities in the premium/luxury event space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategy for luxury weddings and corporate events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, venues, and agencies.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and close high-value deals.
- Represent the company at industry fairs, networking meets, and corporate forums.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in event sales / business development.
- Strong industry network in weddings, corporates, and hospitality.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership ability with team management experience.
