Business Strategy & Growth ·Lead and execute the overall sales and growth strategy for Event U Rox. ·Identify and unlock new business opportunities across corporate, MNC, and global markets. ·Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion. ·Define quarterly and annual sales targets, with actionable roadmaps to achieve them. 2. Client & Market Development ·Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, HR leaders, and Brand Managers. ·Understand client objectives deeply and convert them into impactful experiential solutions. ·Represent EUR at pitches, industry forums, and networking platforms. ·Oversee lead generation, proposal submissions, and closure with a focus on conversion excellence. 3. Team Leadership & Collaboration ·Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and client servicing team. ·Collaborate closely with Concept, Design, and Operations teams to create winning proposals. ·Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability across the sales function. 4.
