We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure
backend APIs using Java (17 or latest), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using and modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting across the stack.
- Implement unit and integration testing to ensure code reliability.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Java (17 or latest versions).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Proficient in , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is a plus.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Redux, or TypeScript.
- Experience in performance tuning and code optimization.
