Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and managing relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on data insights. Daily tasks include influencer outreach, content creation, campaign management, and collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Marketing
  • Strong skills in Campaign Management, Coordination, and Communication
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Optimization
  • Ability to create engaging Content and develop strategic Marketing Plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the influencer marketing industry is preferred
