HR & Office Administrator (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact between management, employees, and external partners.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employee letters.
- Coordinate recruitment activities—job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Track attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll processing.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and office administration.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
