As a Sr. Manager, Procurement Analytics for the Procurement Strategy & Delivery Team, you will drive and support development of analytical solutions to help achieve Procurement objectives and KPIs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing and improving procurement processes.

• Responsible to design & implement Procurement BI & Data strategy to enable delivery of Procurement objectives
• Responsible to drive Procurement data and reporting for Procurement performance indicators, from extraction and data transformation/enrichment to visualization in dashboards and advanced analysis tools.
• Oversee and manage the change management, implementation, and execution of the key procurement projects and cost savings recommendations.
• Support in developing and delivering against the long term procurement strategies.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives for the Global procurement.
• Develop analytical solutions, perform data analysis, generate insights and provide senior management reports and data insights
• Ensure integrity and transparency of the data sources and manipulation steps across all systems, including legacy systems.
• Work with Category Managers to understand their data and analytics requirements and providing them with analytics solutions
• Working with Haleons Tech and Finance partners, build and transfer knowledge/expertise on Haleon data and BI (systems, feeds, governance).
• Procurement organization knowledge (scope, purpose, indicators, needs) used to ensure the requirements are in line with the true information needs from Category managers and Procurement operations managers.
• Maintain and provide a current understanding of industry best practices and technology trends to team members and business partners.
• Provide actionable insights to procurement and the business using multiple data sources, which deliver significant business value.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to procurement data sets

• 8-12 years of total procurement experience.
• At-least 5-6 years in procurement (as a solution provider, consultant or practitioner) including spend analytics, contract management, sourcing, supplier management, risk and compliance.
• Technical or numerical degree educated and/or relevant qualifications/experience - Understanding of data architecture, data quality processes, and data modelling.
• Experience of spend / data analysis with a strong technical, problem solving and analytical mindset.
• Strong background in using visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Qlik and excellent Advanced Excel skills with high levels of numeracy and accuracy.
• Experience in procurement strategy development and implementation, Ability to drive digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to produce professional, accurate and timely reports for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders seamlessly to drive projects effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain close attention to data.
• Ability to plan, organize and priorities tasks and project.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Experience with SAP procurement solutions preferable (SAP ECC, SAP Ariba etc.).
• Experience in statistical methods, machine learning and data science programming skills such as Python and R preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills fluent English
• FMCG and CH preferable.
