Job Title: Event Management Trainer(MYSORE LOCATION)

The Event Management Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on event planning, coordination, and execution. The trainer will equip learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to organize successful events, including corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, and social functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on event management concepts and industry best practices.
  • Train students in areas such as event planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, marketing, hospitality, customer service, and risk management.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and case studies to provide practical experience.
  • Assess learners' progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and manuals.
  • Guide learners in planning and executing mock events or real-time events as part of training.
  • Stay updated with current trends and technologies in the event industry.
  • Provide mentorship, career guidance, and support to students.
  • Coordinate with the training institute/organization to ensure quality delivery and compliance with course standards.
  • Maintain attendance records and submit performance reports as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Certified in Event Planning or Event Management (preferred).
  • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or event production.
  • Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or facilitator is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of event planning, budgeting, marketing, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage learners effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical understanding of event software/tools (e.g., CRM, project management tools, ticketing platforms).

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹ ₹550.00 per hour
