Job Description: Robotics Trainer

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Robotics Trainer who can conduct STEM & Robotics classes in schools, guide students through hands-on projects, and create an engaging learning environment. The trainer will deliver concepts in a simple, fun, and interactive way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Robotics, STEM & Coding classes for school students (Grade 5–10).
  • Explain concepts like basic electronics, sensors, circuits, mechanical systems, robotics kits in an easy and engaging manner.
  • Guide students in building hands-on projects as per curriculum.
  • Manage classroom discipline and ensure smooth class coordination.
  • Prepare reports, attendance, and class updates as required.
  • Support in workshops, events, competitions, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain robotics kits, tools, and equipment in proper condition.
  • Assist in curriculum improvement and activity planning.
  • Communicate clearly with school coordinators, students, and team members (communication is a must).

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Robotics, Electronics, Sensors, Arduino, STEM Kits, or willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Classroom handling ability.
  • Problem-solving skills and interest in teaching children.
  • Basic knowledge of coding (Scratch / Arduino / Block Coding) is an added advantage.

Qualification

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science or any technical background.
  • Candidates with Robotics/STEM training experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
