Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized
Event Manager
who can handle end-to-end event planning, execution, and on-ground production. The ideal candidate will manage client requirements, coordinate with vendors, oversee production setup, and ensure smooth delivery of events.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Management

  • Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, launches, and brand activations.
  • Understand client briefs and convert them into event concepts and execution plans.
  • Create detailed event timelines, budgets, layouts, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams for designs, AV content, and branding materials.

Production Responsibilities

  • Oversee production setup including stage, sound, lights, LED, fabrication, branding materials, and event infrastructure.
  • Manage vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of all production elements.
  • Conduct site recces, technical checks, and ensure compliance with safety norms.
  • Supervise event setup, rehearsals, and takedown activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical or production issues on-site.

Client & Team Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout pre-event, event day, and post-event.
  • Coordinate with artists, emcees, technicians, AV teams, and other workforce.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Event Execution & Reporting

  • Oversee on-ground event flow and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Manage budgets, invoices, approvals, and documentation.
  • Prepare event reports, feedback summaries, and closure presentations.
