Business Analyst

Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the data and reporting aspects of the business. This includes gathering and analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, and communicating insights to stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, be data-driven, and have a proven track record of impacting SaaS businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including spreadsheets, databases, and
other applications. - Create reports and dashboards that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders and/or clients in a way that is actionable and impactful.
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain data models and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analytics tools and techniques.
- Drive introduction of visualization tools like PowerBi, Tableau when the business/team is ready
to scale to the next level.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with SQL and other data querying languages.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of impacting SaaS businesses.
