Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Catalogue Manager with strong MIS (Management Information System) expertise to manage our product catalogue across all sales channels (offline, online, marketplaces, and retail partners). The role involves ensuring accurate and visually appealing product listings, maintaining up-to-date product data, tracking inventory and pricing, generating MIS reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Catalogue Management

  • Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across online and offline sales platforms.
  • Ensure all product details (names, descriptions, pricing, specifications, images, and attributes) are correct and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product images, creative descriptions, and campaign listings.
  • Monitor and audit catalogue content regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.

MIS & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reports for product performance, sales trends, pricing analysis, and stock movement.
  • Track product-wise sales performance across channels and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management decision-making.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with inventory, procurement, sales, and marketing teams to ensure catalogue accuracy and timely product updates.
  • Coordinate with marketplace/e-commerce account managers for product uploads, offers, and catalogue-related queries.

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in catalogue processes and recommend solutions for better efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work on automation and digital tools to streamline catalogue and MIS operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of catalogue management for e-commerce platforms and retail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent data accuracy skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in catalogue management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sector.
  • Experience in MIS reporting and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Meta, Google, etc., is desirable.
