Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic
Investment Sales Lead

to head our sales team of ~10 members. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on experience in sales, client relationship management, and mentoring teams. Along with driving performance and ensuring efficiency across the sales team, you will also personally take up key sales calls with prospective investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales and pre-sales team, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.
  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and guide to enhance team productivity.
  • Take ownership of high-value sales calls, pitches, and investor relationship management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set sales strategies, goals, and execution plans with the Founder's team.
  • Ensure team members follow best practices in lead generation, client communication, and CRM updates.
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, motivation, and discipline within the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow a sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in Financial Services/Real Estate/Sales leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
