About the Role

We're looking for a
seasoned Investment Banking Lead
to
spearhead the closing of our current investment round
. You'll take charge once initial investor interest (soft and hard commitments) is secured — leading
investor negotiations
,
deal structuring
, and ensuring a
successful close
.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all
    investor communications and negotiations
    (soft and hard commitments).
  • Structure and close
    the investment round — confirm commitments and finalize deal structure.
  • Manage all
    investor meetings
    , circulate MoMs, and track follow-ups.
  • Oversee
    KYC documentation
    and work with legal counsel on
    term sheets and closing documents
    .
  • Drive the
    due diligence process
    , ensuring prompt investor access to required data.
  • Post-closing, ensure smooth
    handoff to the Company Secretary team
    for onboarding.


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience
    closing complex investment rounds
    (Series A/B/C).
  • Deep expertise in
    venture financing, deal structuring, and valuations
    .
  • Proven
    negotiation and relationship-building
    skills with senior investors.
  • Strong knowledge of
    legal and regulatory processes
    (KYC/AML, SHAs, SSAs, SPAs).
  • Excellent
    project management
    and multitasking abilities.
  • Up-to-date understanding of
    VC/PE market trends and valuation norms
    .
  • Proficiency in
    cap table management tools
    (e.g., Carta) and
    financial modeling
    .
  • An existing
    network of VC, PE, and family office connections
    is a plus.
