Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Banking Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Investment Banking Specialist will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, developing financial models, and performing due diligence for investment transactions. The role involves providing strategic insights into investments, supporting decision-making processes, and delivering comprehensive financial recommendations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends will be a key aspect of the position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data effectively
  • Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance to create and analyze models for decision-making
  • Expertise in Investments and comprehensive understanding of investment strategies and markets
  • Experience in conducting detailed Due Diligence to support investment analysis and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information clearly
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Certifications such as CFA, CA, or equivalent are advantageous
