Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Kerala (Travel across Kerala required)

Company: Vestano – Retail Consulting & Marketing

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview

Vestano is looking for a strategic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and oversee marketing activities for multiple supermarket clients across Kerala. The role includes planning and executing campaigns, managing client relationships, coordinating deliverables with internal teams, and supervising promotions, social media, influencer marketing & video production. The Marketing Manager will also drive Vestano's internal marketing and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of client marketing strategies across multiple supermarket brands
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars for social media, in-store promotions, print & digital marketing
  • Oversee the timely delivery of all marketing collateral and campaign assets
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors such as:
  • Video production teams
  • Influencers & content creators
  • Photographers & advertising partners
  • Travel across Kerala for client meetings & campaign execution (accommodation and food provided)
  • Work closely with:
  • Client supermarket managers
  • Vestano design team
  • Vestano consulting & strategy team
  • Supervise and guide marketing executives/field marketers as needed
  • Support business development & pitching to new clients
  • Manage Vestano's internal brand marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Analyze performance reports and present insights to management

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management or client servicing
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing & campaign execution
  • Excellent client management, communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational ability and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadline-driven environments
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Kerala
