Join our growing EdTech team as a Marketing Manager where you'll drive brand growth, user engagement, and product adoption. Work closely with product, sales, and academic teams to strategize and execute campaigns that connect with students, educators, institutions, and parents. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and user engagement within the education sector.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, and content platforms.

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing goals with business objectives and academic outcomes.

  • Oversee and grow our social media presence, content strategy, SEO, website, and community engagement initiatives

  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and ROI.

  • Manage marketing budgets and work with external agencies or partners as required.

  • Stay current with EdTech and digital marketing trends; identify innovative tactics for growth and outreach.

  • Organize or support events, webinars, and collaborations with schools, universities, and thought leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 3–4 years' proven experience in marketing, with digital and/or EdTech experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, analytics, CRM tools)

  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision maker

  • Project management and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across teams
