Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract negotiation, ensuring smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.
Follow up with clients to ensure product delivery, installation, and satisfaction with the solutions provided.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and market demands in the same sectors.
Gather feedback from customers to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
Monitor competitor activity and report on market conditions to internal stakeholders.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any product or service-related issues.
Establish long-term relationships with clients, promoting repeat business and continuous collaboration.
Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and operation of products.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation.
3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or institutional sales in the industrial automation industry.
Strong understanding of actuators, sales, pneumatics, valves, industrial sales,
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Good connections of industries in geographical area handles
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
