DKP Recruiter team is hiring for the post of Sales Engineer has been a leading name in the field of Castors, Wheels, and Lifting Accessories, represents some of the top manufacturers from Italy, the Netherlands, and other regions. Position: Regional Sales Engineer

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Location: Kolkata (covering Eastern region including Asansol, Durgapur, Siliguri, Hooghly, Jamshedpur, Guwahati, Chhattisgarh, and other cities)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive sales promotion and market penetration through customer visits, calls, and relationship-building in the assigned region.
  • Finalize orders and achieve sales targets by developing a strong customer base while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products and applications, and conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers to provide suitable solutions.
  • Address customer issues promptly by coordinating with the back-office and dispatch teams, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely payment collection.
  • Submit sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as per company formats.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Sales & Marketing within relevant industries.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and regional language(s).
  • Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler (preferred).

Compensation

Annual Salary Package: Up to ₹3.6 Lakhs per annum
