We are looking for a Female NPD Manager (Cosmetic Formulation)

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary Package: ₹3–7 LPA (Negotiable for right candidate)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in cosmetics formulation (skincare & haircare)

Industry Preference: Only candidates from Cosmetics / Personal Care / Beauty / Skincare / Haircare sectors will be considered

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end formulation of skincare and haircare products
  • Develop product briefs, ingredient lists, and claims
  • Coordinate with third-party labs and manufacturers for trials
  • Evaluate samples, suggest improvements, and finalize formulations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
  • Collaborate with packaging and design teams for product launches
  • Stay updated on global cosmetic trends and innovations

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients, textures, and market trends
  • Excellent coordination and documentation skills
  • Passion for clean beauty and product innovation
