We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Manager for HORECA and Corporate to drive sales and market penetration for our Premium Alkaline Water in boxed packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG/Beverage sales, strategic account management.. This role will involve developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts and handled distributor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market growth and increase revenue for premium alkaline boxed water in the assigned region.
  • Market Development: Identify and expand new sales channels, including modern trade, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) and institutional sales.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Brand Positioning: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, consumer awareness, and product positioning.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective counterstrategies.
  • Compliance & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Sales experience in FMCG, Beverage, or Packaged Water industries.
  • Strong network and relationships within retail, HoReCa, and institutional channels.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
