Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Utilize Salesforce for effective account management, tracking interactions, and analyzing client data to inform strategies.
  • Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce services and cultivate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with clients' needs.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering leadership skills within the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong account management experience with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and developing strategic responses.
