Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager in the Weaving Unit, located in Ahmedabad. The Production Manager will oversee daily weaving unit operations, manage workflow, and ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, scheduling, monitoring equipment functionality, troubleshooting production issues, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and organisational standards.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of textile weaving processes, production planning, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
  • Experience in troubleshooting equipment and optimizing production schedules.
  • Proficiency in process improvement practices and cost efficiency strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in supply chain and inventory management is a plus.
  • Min. Education Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma In Textiles.
  • Experience: 7-8 Years Working with Toyota E-shed AirJet Weaving Machines
