Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Engineer (PEB) to oversee and manage day-to-day production operations in our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in structural fabrication, welding processes, and production planning, with the ability to maintain quality and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily production activities within the PEB manufacturing unit.
  • Ensure product quality and strict adherence to engineering and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate effectively with welding, fabrication, and assembly teams to maintain seamless production flow.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports, documentation, and material consumption records.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and optimizing production processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in PEB / Structural Fabrication / Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding operations, and overall production processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and material specifications.
  • Proficiency in maintaining production documentation and quality checklists.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
