Role & Responsibilities:

●Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential, Commercial Projects.

● Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and Safety Process.

● Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.

● Preparation of Quality observation report in Commercial Pojects.

● On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all technical aspects of Projects.

● Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection.

● Follow-up and updating closure reports.

● Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.

● Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding

● Communicate with O&M and Execution team.

● Regularly inspect equipment.

● RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification.

● Solar Product inspection is Advantage.

● Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports

Requirement:

Diploma - Electrical / Mechanical BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
