• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and develop solutions that meet our world-class standards.
• Coordinate the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring continuous improvement and success.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical projects within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement innovative solutions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
• Experience with green building standards and balanced construction practices.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for continuous learning and development.
