You are being offered a senior leadership role at Tata Electronics, a part of the Tata Group, for their semiconductor fabrication facility construction project in Dholera, Gujarat. This role will involve overseeing the construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) aspects with a focus of 70% on semiconductor facility construction and 30% on MEP operations & maintenance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead MEP design, engineering, and execution for the semiconductor fab and supporting facilities. - Drive project timelines, budgets, and contractor performance through all phases. - Oversee the commissioning and handover of critical cleanroom and utility systems. - Direct long-term MEP operations & maintenance for precision manufacturing facilities. - Ensure adherence to world-class safety, regulatory, and quality standards. - Coordinate with EPC contractors, global design consultants, OEM vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Mentor and provide leadership to on-site technical teams spanning multiple disciplines. **Qualifications:** - You should have 20+ years of experience in MEP engineering and industrial construction, ideally with exposure to cleanroom projects, semiconductor, electronics, or pharma facilities. - Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, chillers, high-purity process gases, CDA, UPW, electrical, and utility systems. - Proven track record in leading greenfield projects of large scale and complexity. - Experience in multi-site O&M leadership. - A Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering would be required for this role.,
