Job Location: Initially Ahmedabad (Must be open to relocate based on project requirements)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Project Leadership & Execution

  2. Independently manage and lead end-to-end construction activities for large-scale industrial projects.

  3. Ensure timely completion of all phases of the project including structural, MEP, and architectural works.

  4. MEP Project Management

  5. Oversee all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations.

  6. Coordinate MEP integration with other disciplines to ensure seamless execution.

  7. Cleanroom & Industrial Fit-Out Construction

  8. Execute construction of cleanrooms, raised flooring, T-grid ceilings, and other specialized environments for semiconductor and Electronic industries.

  9. Ensure strict compliance with industry standards for dust control, airflow, and temperature/humidity parameters.

  10. Vendor & Contractor Management

  11. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for on-time material delivery and quality compliance.

  12. , monitor performance of sub-contractors, and ensure safety and quality adherence.

  13. Site Operations & Team Supervision

  14. Lead a workforce of , including engineers, supervisors, and labour teams.

  15. Ensure high productivity, adherence to project milestones, and conflict resolution.

  16. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and mentor junior staff to ensure optimal productivity.

  17. Project Schedule

  18. Adherence to the project schedule and update the progress Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance

  19. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.

  20. Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards to ensure zero-incident work culture.

  21. Stakeholder Coordination

  22. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal management.

  23. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on project progress, risks, and solutions.
