Identify and resolve technical issues related to structural integrity, load-bearing capacity, and material selection. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred years of experience in civil & structural engineering, with a strong focus on technical execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, and Tekla Structures. Strong expertise in structural analysis, seismic design, geotechnical engineering, and foundation systems. Knowledge of construction materials testing, quality control procedures, and site execution methodologies. Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing facility construction. Knowledge of cleanroom construction, precision alignment, and heavy-load-bearing structures. Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, ASTM, ACI, Eurocodes, and other relevant standards. Conduct site inspections, structural audits, and material testing to maintain construction quality. Address deviations in construction work and ensure timely corrective actions. Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges. Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical reports, and engineering calculations.
